You have the right to confidential treatment of your personal health information and any personal information provided during a session. Personal health information will only be disclosed in accordance with then current applicable federal and state laws. Personal information will only be shared in the event you indicate imminent harm to yourself or others.
Privacy
- To undress & dress in private; to undress to your level of comfort and safety; to be draped at all times with only the area of the body being worked uncovered
Respect
- You have the right to respectful and fair treatment regardless of age, race, religion, gender, marital status, sexual orientation, social or economic status.
Be Informed
- You have the right to information regarding your treatment. You have the right to obtain complete, current information concerning your treatment in terms you can understand.
Quality Care
